2025/26 Academic Year

Thank you for considering Immaculate Conception-St. Joseph School for your family! Choosing a school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make for your family and we look forward to getting to know your family throughout our application process.

If you have come in to visit our school and have decided to submit an application for the 2025/26 school year, we invite you to do so at the link below. Once your application has been received, we will be in touch with more information about next steps.

Please complete the online application. You will be asked to attach scans of your child’s birth certificate, baptismal certificate (if applicable), school transcripts, and standardized test scores (applicants to Grades K-8). The process is complete upon payment of the $100 application fee.

Mid-Year Transfers

While starting school with us on the first day of the school year is the ideal way to ensure a successful transition, ICSJ welcomes applications throughout the year. Once the school year has begun, consideration for a mid-year transfer will be determined both by resource capacity and a comprehensive review of the student’s academic standing. Applicants must be in good academic, disciplinary, and financial standing in their current school for their application to be considered. Applicants may be assessed by an ICSJ Learning Specialist to determine his/her fit within our program.

At this point, we do have limited space available in certain classrooms. It is important that you contact our Marketing and Admissions Director, Jodi Thyen, to determine the availability of space in your child's grade level prior to submitting and application for a mid-year transfer.

Please submit the application above and include copies of the student's previous two to three years of report cards and standardized test scores. Upon completion of the application, you will be contacted by the ICSJ Admissions Director to set up a Playdate or Shadow Day, depending on the age of the student, as soon as possible.

Current Families - Re-Enrollment

The re-enrollment process for our current families will begin in mid-January. If you have a new sibling beginning with us in August of 2025, we will ask you to complete a Sibling Application in early November. Look for more information coming by email later in the fall.

Sibling Applications

Siblings of current ICSJ students will be prioritized for admissions. Families are asked to submit a Sibling Application prior to Christmas so that the student can complete the application process as early as possible.
