ICSJ offers a secure and engaging Extended Day Program with both before- and after-school components. This program is taught by certified ICSJ teachers. A wide variety of activities are offered within a multi-age setting, including a daily snack from home, outside play, games, reading, music, and art. Older students are also provided quiet time to complete their homework.

As a school dedicated to fostering a collaborative Professional Learning Community to continuously improve teaching and learning, ICSJ leverages Late Start Thursdays several times each year to allow staff to participate in critical professional development workshops, as both a full staff and in smaller grade bands. Late Start Thursday Before School Care is available at each campus. *Late Start Thursday dates will be announced each spring.

The Extended Day Program is available to students enrolled at ICSJ on a full-time basis, Monday through Friday. Annual fees are additional to the family's tuition balance.

Pricing below is reflective of the 2025/26 School Year. 

• ICSJ recommends that prekindergarten not exceed a nine-hour day. 
• Extended Day Care fees are split into equal parts and charged over a family's 10-month schedule, May through February. These must be included with monthly tuition payments to Blackbaud. EDC charges may also be paid in full on/before May 15th.
• Late fees will be assessed for those who arrive to collect their children after their scheduled pickup time.
