Please your child’s username and password provided by your child's Kindergarten teachers. enVision - Math Your child has engaged in activities and completed lessons using their enVision 2.0 Math book this school year. This mathematics program is designed to help your child achieve the mathematical proficiency levels established by the Common Core State Standards and provides the foundation for future math courses and career paths. At the end of each grade level enVision Math includes a topic (or chapter) that focuses on skills to be introduced in the following academic year. These topics were not taught during this academic year as they include standards that are not part of the Kindergarten curriculum. The Step Up to First Grade lessons are included in the packet linked below. While these lessons are not required for students to complete, we encourage students to explore the topics this summer before school resumes. The lessons are not to be mastered before school starts and will be taught in full by the 1st Grade teachers throughout the upcoming academic year. While some of the addition and subtraction may be familiar to your child these workbook pages differ slightly from the workbook pages they completed this year and are more modeled off what 1st grade workbook pages look like. In Kindergarten the questions are verbally read aloud to the students. In First grade the questions include reading that may be above your child’s current ability and working to complete the lessons together would be appropriate.
