Tuition & Financial Assistance 2024/25

TUITION PAYMENT PLAN

The ICSJ Tuition Cycle begins annually on May 15 and concludes with the final payment of the year on February 15. While most families prefer to enroll in this plan, spreading payments out over 10 months, a $250 tuition reduction per student is available to families who choose to pay in full by May 15 instead.

The Tuition Rates and Fees listed below are for the current 2024/25 School Year. Tuition is reevaluated in January each school year and we generally implement a 3-5% raise each school year to follow cost of living increases. Tuition and Fees for the 2025/26 school year will be published in early February of 2025.

NEW FAMILY BUILDING ASSESSMENT

A $1,600 one-time fee is assessed at the time of initial enrollment of the first child to ICSJ and is due in full with the first tuition payment on May 15. The assessment is applied to maintenance and upgrades to the two school facilities.

REGISTRATION DEPOSIT

All families are required to submit a non-refundable registration deposit within 2 weeks of an offer of admissions to secure their enrollment at ICSJ School.

ANNUAL FEES

Technology Fee

Grades K – 8: $200

The annual per-student technology fee covers the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of instructional technology resources, digital safety monitoring and programs, and services used to enhance student learning experiences, including the 1:1 iPad program for students in Kindergarten - Grade 8.

Field Trip Fees

Field trips in and around our city enhance learning and help students make real-world connections to the people, places, and things in our community. Prekindergarten students will have age-appropriate, in-school experiences, neighborhood walking trips, and possible off-site field trips. In-school touring groups, presenters, and performances may also be included in this fee.

ANNUAL FUND

While tuition serves as ICSJ’s primary funding source, tuition alone does not cover 100% of the cost to educate a student. The Annual Fund was created to bridge the gap between the cost to educate a child and the tuition.

Each ICSJ family is asked to contribute $1,500 per school year to the Annual Fund. This is a per-family contribution, not per-child. This payment is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and can be made via check or direct debit from a checking or savings account.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

The ICSJ Tuition Assistance Program provides tuition assistance to families who value a Catholic education but are challenged with paying the full cost of tuition. Tuition assistance is available for families who qualify and varies based on need. All applications need to be completed through the FACTS Tuition Management application form. All families are required to reapply each year for the Tuition Assistance Program. A FACTS Tuition Assistance Form will be mailed with the Immaculate Conception-St. Joseph School Tuition Agreement Forms each February. In order to be eligible for tuition assistance, families must be in good financial standing.

Please note: The ICSJ Tuition Assistance application closes each year in March for the upcoming School Year. Most years, any resources available for providing assistance to families are depleted once the application closes.
